At GrandWest Casino and Entertainment World, we not only believe in gaming responsibly, but being a responsible corporate citizen too. As a world-class casino and entertainment centre and the only one in the Western Cape, we are committed to uplifting and developing our surrounding communities. Social transformation is at the core of our grand Corporate Social Responsibility program, and we do our best to achieve our goals in an open, fair environment.

The communities that surround GrandWest are important stakeholders in our business, and we recognise the importance of uplifting them and improving their lives where we can. Every year, GrandWest gives back R6 million to these stakeholders every year

The Educare centre is registered as a place of safety within the Dept of Social Services.
Education Enhancement
These are programmes that provide tools and services to enhance the current curriculum in our schools and to assist teachers in educating pupils.
Adult Education
These are programmes that provide literacy, further education and training to adults.
Specialised Education

a Section 21 (not for gain) Company and or
a Registered Charitable Trust

Must have a cheque account in the organisation’s name with more than one signatory
Must have audited financial statements
Must have at least one annual report

No funding to individuals
